Imagine speaking on big stages (or creating your own), having a long list of raving fans dying to work with you, selling out programs, being sought after as an expert in your field, powerfully communicating your story and turning your message into a movement so you can do the work you were meant to do in the world.

Sounds pretty amazing, right?

Well, I am here to show you how you can make ALL of this happen and more.

Keep reading and I will share the 3 steps to turning your message into a movement and some head-turning free resources to get you speaking your way to the top.

But first — you may be wondering…

Who am I?

I am a Professional Speaker turned Speech Stylist, Storyologist and Courage Igniter — a.k.a. I am all about helping you gain MASSIVE clarity from your story and then creating a powerful message and platform for you to share it confidently and courageously with the world.

You may look at my life, see that I have delivered over 1,000 speeches in the past 6 years, built a six-figure business in under a year, jumped out of an airplane to fall 10,000 feet and raise $10,000 to build a school in Nicaragua — and think that I am SO courageous.

And yes, I have learnt how to get my brave on and take courageous action — but it wasn’t always that way.

You see, about 7 years ago I lost a dear friend to breast cancer, she was much too young. I remember sitting at the back of the chapel, tears streaming down my face as I listened to her oldest son, just barely out of high school tell about her final hours. He said, “My mom was not doing fighting because she wasn’t done living.” Those words he spoke knocked the wind out of me and I then heard myself whisper… you are alive and breathing but you are NOT truly living.

I didn’t understand why I felt this way, so I did a big, deep soul search to find out why — and you know what I discovered?!

All my life I had been playing it small, staying ‘safe’ doing what I should be doing because of a nasty four-letter word: FEAR.

Fear of not being good enough.
Fear of what others would think of me.
Fear of failure.
Fear of success.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of judgment.

This list could go on. You see, all my life I’ve lived in fear without even really knowing it, and in that moment, I vowed in my dear friend’s honour to never again let fear stop me from truly living the life I was called to live!

That is the day I wrote My Fear List and starting crossing off those fears one by one and also when I adopted my mantra:

Get Your Brave On!

Now I help other heart-centred, powerhouse women (who are sometimes fear-induced) to find their story, powerfully share it and start their own revolution.
You see, every revolution has started with a story…

“I have a dream…”

“Here is to the crazy ones, the misfits…”

“I would like to be remembered as a person who wanted to be free… so other people would be also free.”

These words were stated by rebels with a cause. Just like you.

And by “rebel” I mean:

  • You are up to big things in the world but you are ready to step it up and take the world by storm.
  • You are a change-maker who knows your voice matters and you are ready to speak up.
  • You want to take risks and live a big, bold, daring life and steer clear of the status quo.
  • You want to make your mark on the world NOW to create your legacy because you know this vision you have for your work is much bigger than you and the time to start is now.

So let's get started.

Want to know HOW to turn your message into a movement?
I thought you’d never ask…

Step 1:

Find your story, the one that connects all the dots in your business and learn to share it in a way that will create a powerful connection with those who are listening.

Step 2:

Get crystal clear on your message and craft your signature speech (which leads to your signature program), that you can share online and live — because speaking is the fastest way to grow your business and your impact!

Step 3:

Have the courage to step into the spotlight and SHINE because as you face your fears and take courageous action, you will give others the permission to do the same.

FUN FACTS:

These are some of the things I have done to Get My Brave On:

I LOVE a good dance party and LOVE me some Zumba! I even hosted a flash mob dance at my first ever 3-day event, SHINE Live.

  • Chantelle AdamsI have sled down a volcano in Nicaragua (fear of heights, man that volcano was steep).
  • I danced in a latin dance competition and wore a hot little red dress and raised over $250,000 for charity (fear of falling on my face, my mind going blank or tripping over my feet)
  • Have helped build 3 schools, one in Kenya, Nicaragua and Haiti. (no fear here, just love)
  • I hiked to the top of Fisher Peak, the tallest peak in the Kootenay’s towering over the other peaks at almost 10,000 ft. This is a big feat due to my fear of heights and I lost both of my big toe nails. (fear of heights, not being strong enough)
  • I jumped out of an airplane because it was at the top of my fear list falling 10,000 feet (oh and you fall 5,000 feet in 45 seconds) to raise $10,000 to build a school in Nicaragua (fear of heights, fear of the chute not opening)
  • Asked influential Women Change- makers to co-author a book, The Courage to Fly (fear of rejection but 60 amazing women came together to write this book including Danielle LaPorte, Nisha Moodley, Karen Salmansohn and many more… and you can get this book for FREE here!)
